The new moon on 19th February 2015 marks the Chinese New Year. It is the end of the year Horse and the start of the year of the Sheep. Sometimes referred to as the year of the Goat or Ram. Chinese astrology is actually quite in depth and goes beyond just the animal of the year you are born in. Much like in Western astrological birth charts, there are other signs/animals governing months, weeks, days and even the hours. However, much like sun signs, it is the animal of our year of birth that we seem to love to read about and I have added all the standard information you could require.
The Chinese Year of the Sheep
Sheep is the eighth sign of the Chinese zodiac and its Western counterpart is Cancer. There is more information about what the general characteristics of a Sheep year are on the page 2015 – The Chinese New Year of the Sheep.
If you or someone you know were born in the year of the Sheep, you can find more information about the character traits associated with this and the other eleven signs of the zodiac by reading our information on The Chinese Zodiac.
What the Year of the Sheep Means for You
The energies of each year affect each of the signs of the zodiac in a different way. The Year of the Sheep for You will allow you to calculate what your sign is. Simply enter your date of birth, for the information on how the year of the Sheep will influence your sign.
No matter what your sign, I wish you all the best for the coming year! Coming up next time, a special Valentine free reading and then we’ll be continuing with the Lucid Dreaming series!
