Last year I recorded a live called How is Valentine’s an Aquarius Season Holiday? as I truly believe the holidays we celebrate are related to the season they occur in. Valentine’s Day with all it’s hearts, flowers and romance would appear to be at odds with Aquarius. I talked about how this was not only not the case, but also how the Aquarius vibration may be an example of a more unconditional/interdependent type of love rather than the codependent version peddled as love. So many have asked ‘How is Valentine’s an Aquarius Season Holiday?’ and continue to ask this, so as it was one of those timeless messages, I wanted to take this opportunity to share it again, (see below) especially for those of you that may have missed it last year. The beginning part of the video is about Valentine’s Day and Aquarius and the latter part is me answering love and relationship questions.
In addition to that, yes I woke up this morning and remembered that talk, but I also thought about the year since then. What a year! I say that sat in London, this Sunday morning still in the midst of a lockdown. A lot has changed, but somethings do not – we are still beings of love and I know that to be true now more than ever! I was never really a fan of Valentine’s Day and I can’t say it was something I ever really celebrated in my past relationships. I guess I too had bought into the commercial idea of Valentine’s Day and there is nothing about that, that I find appealing. But in the last 5yrs or so my whole ideas of Valentine’s Day has changed. So from that space, on this day when the very idea of Love we aspire to can be celebrated within each of us, I wish you all a very Happy Valentine’s Day, my lovelies!
I think this whole pandemic has changed a lot of our perspective. It allowed us to see through all the noise and distill what matters the most. We may call it “gimmicky”, but at least Valentines is that one day in 365 days where we can really focus on giving away more love than we should be. Ideally every day, but at least hey, it’s one of those special days we can be “cheesy” about it 😉
