All bookings are for my time and experience — not for a guaranteed outcome, result, or specific answer. Once the reading has been recorded or the live session has taken place, the service is considered complete.
You may choose from live calls (via Signal, Zoom, or Discord) or pre-recorded video sessions. Clients may record live sessions for personal use.
Sessions may be rescheduled or changed up to 24 hours before the appointment. I do not offer refunds — all purchases are final. No-shows for live sessions are considered forfeited.
Pre-recorded readings are delivered within 24–48 hours of the scheduled booking time via a secure, private download link. Files are available for 7 days. You are responsible for downloading and saving your reading.
