Ten of Wands Tarot Card Meanings

I don’t envy this man.  He is struggling with his load and I doubt he is getting very far, very quickly.  I see in this card a situation where this man has clearly taken on more than he can handle, but this need not be the case.  He could carry the wands in a different manner which made it easier for him to continue.  He could carry the staffs in more than one load or ask someone else to help him carry them.  There is a different way to do this and I would urge this man to find it and be smart rather than struggling on his own.

If the wands represent energy then this man is not making the best use of his.  He may have achieved a lot and this is signified by the fact that he does indeed have ten wands, but why does he continue in a way that is evidently difficult?  This card is definitely a sign that the load and style of work has to be changed.
