Two of Pentacles Tarot Card Meanings

We see a man in this image with a coin in each hand; he appears to be juggling them and they are wrapped by the symbol for Infinity.  Behind him are ships on a turbulent sea.

The main message I see being conveyed by this card is the need for balance.  The coins represent money, finances and practical matters and the man is clearly trying to balance the coins he is holding, hence I would even say that this may be a message to make sure that we restore or maintain balance with regard to expenses and finances. 

The ships in the background are balanced precariously on the waves.  Their journey would be so much easier if the waves were calmer (more balanced).  As water is usually related to emotions, it may be that it is our emotions in the form of passions and desires that cause the turbulence.

Make sure you are not spending too much and that you keep a balance between the different areas of your life; not working too much and neglecting your health or pursuing money and not giving enough attention to your love life.
