Seven of Pentacles Tarot Card Meanings
In this image we see a full and lush bush to one side covered in coins. The man has an agricultural tool in his hands, but rather than working, he leans on this and stares at the bush.
The man who stands before the bush of coins has evidently been working hard to have grown such a bounty. Technically one can’t grow coins, but metaphorically, he would have first had to plant a seed, then water and nurture it until the fruits had ripened. But fruit left to sit on a tree or bush will eventually spoil, so one would need to harvest it before this happens.
The way the man leans on his rake and stares at all the work ahead of him, he seems to be tired and bored. But if he is to benefit from all his previous hard work, now is not the time to rest. If I could speak to him, I would tell him that I know he has been working a long time, but for now he must continue the work and soon he will have all the rewards of his labour.
